A Close-Knit, Collaborative Culture
At Fix, everyone is passionate about healthcare, from the front-desk team to the practitioners working directly with patients. In fact, many practitioners started out as part of our admin team, leaving to pursue additional education and training in order to rejoin Fix in a different role. Other team members have been with us from the very beginning. We believe in effective communication, open collaboration, and transparency in decision making, and we take pride in fostering a strong team and a supportive, friendly, and fun company culture.
