Riley graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2025 after realizing that massage therapy was a harmonizing addition to her alternative medicine background of herbal medicine and nutrition. She has worked with clients for years, providing holistic care for folks from all walks of life. Due to her love of fitness and the outdoors, Riley decided to become an RMT to help her clients feel their best in doing what they love. She is committed to providing inclusive care for all bodies in a collaborative and empowering way. Riley provides an individualized approach to her clients and strongly believes that learning to listen and understand body signals is imperative in healing.

Riley grew up in the Kootenays, where she was an avid skier, soccer player, and dancer. She loves to read, hike, cycle, weight lift, and is generally the happiest when she’s in the woods. She feels grateful to live in such a beautiful place on Vancouver Island.

Foster brings a grounded, intuitive, and movement-focused approach to care. His treatments combine targeted therapeutic techniques that emphasize a focus on the fascial network and the interconnected nature of the body. Foster has a calm, steady presence that helps clients feel supported and at ease.

He works with a wide range of people, from those recovering from injuries or managing chronic pain, to clients looking to improve body awareness, and overall wellbeing. Foster tailors each session to meet clients where they are, helping them move with greater comfort, clarity, and confidence.

Outside the clinic, Foster spends much of his time outdoors exploring Vancouver Island through hiking, paddling, and long trail days—experiences that continually deepen his appreciation for the body’s resilience and adaptability.

Megan’s treatment style is intentional, balanced, and collaborative. Each session is adapted to your unique needs, using a combination of techniques including myofascial release, active and passive work, and trigger point therapy.

Megan enjoys supporting patients with a wide range of concerns, from acute injury to long-term wellness. She approaches with curiosity and is continually learning new skills to enhance her evidence-based practice. Her goal is to provide effective, enjoyable, and educational treatment so you leave feeling comfortable and capable in your body.

Megan graduated from Camosun College with a diploma in Massage Therapy. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find her running, rock climbing, on the soccer pitch, or making a tornado in the living room with her latest sewing project.
