WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?

Kinesiologists are human movement specialists offering a wide variety of assessments and services to assist with both injury/illness prevention and injury management. Their practice is based on the core sciences of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and psychomotor behaviour. Kinesiologists utilize the science of human movement to provide services that deliver quality solutions through prevention, objective assessment, and evidence-based intervention.

Kinesiologist will help you with your active rehabilitation. They will assess your physical function and then will create and guide you through a progression of specifically structured exercises tailored especially for you to enhance and promote the safe and dependable return to your regular life activities.
