Exercises are easily modified on the equipment for all levels of fitness ability. Pilates can be beneficial for those suffering from: arthritis, scoliosis, osteoporosis, low back pain, other movement dysfunction.
PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE EQUIPMENT CLASSES
We provide you with personalized one-on-one instruction, using the reformer and chair equipment to develop your own personalized program.
SUPERVISED PILATES CLASSES
Work at your own pace following a program that’s been designed specifically for you through private classes. A teacher will provide feedback, corrections and new exercises as you follow your program. With only 2 half-trap reformers available class sizes are limited and students benefit from personalized instructions. Minimum 3-5 privates to prepare a program.
OPEN STUDIO (UNSUPERVISED) PILATES EQUIPMENT
Students who have been approved may use the equipment at a scheduled time outside of regular class hours independent of a teacher.
