ELDOA is a series of postural exercises designed by a French Osteopath to strengthen and improve the health of your spine. They create space within a targeted joint. This is accomplished by creating fascial tension and load to create space and reduce pressure on the vertebra of the spine. There are specific ELDOA exercises for every level in the spine as well as for the pelvis, sacrum, shoulders, sternum, ribcage, and skull.
This practice can be helpful for pain, proactive health maintenance, as a complement for your current exercise routine. Athletes use it to improve performance, prevent injury and improve recovery time.
Classes are taught by ELDOA instructor Aliesha Wright and are limited in size so please call ahead to save a spot. Mats are provided.
